using a propane 20 is a bad idea because it only takes one idiot to follow you wrong, did I miss whether you insulated the tank? The tank edges need to be insulated; sand works.

I also have a problem with the arms that hold the caster wheels. I think they are worn out to nothing where the bolts go through the deck mounts. I need to cut oversized holes into the arms and weld bushings into them or something like weld and redrill; any thoughts?

I just made this for dinner. Didn't have a wok; had 6 cups of trimmed cb. I had to extend the cooking time quite a bit and use 2 frypans and doubled everything. I used more oil for the chicken. Also 2xd ginger. Very nice dish; special thanks from Mn. I think my 14 year old ate a pound of it.
