with your hand open like that, you should put the button to control the level of flame on the outside part of your index knuckle. use your thumb to press it and it still allows you to have free hands.

I've attempted and have shot fire from my hands before, but it was no where near your level of coolness. Mine had the fuel on one hand and a fuse on the other and was incredibly dangerous, lol.
