Earthway Experience Permaculture Demonstration and Learning Center is using Permaculture - the designing of a Food Forest to enhance our site near Mora on Lake Siljan as well as at our home in Leksand.
Using Permaculture principles we care for the land and environment (local birds, bees, butterflies and other wildlife), we care for ourselves, by eating organically and locally grown food and we sell or give away the excess - no waste!
In our video's who will be showing the wild nature of Dalarna, Sweden & other parts of our Planet, exploring the hows and the whys of Permaculture, showing bushcraft in action, plus other self reliance and self sufficient activities.
Please subscribe if you would like to be updated on our ever expanding video series.

thx for abo my channel:)
Hi! We will start harvesting as soon as the sap is running freely from many trees. That usually happens around mid-late April, but could be earlier this year as we already seen a few running. If your nights are not too cold (well below freezing) and the days are going above freezing, you might try to tap a couple of trees soon to monitor. But don't tap all too early! You won't get good sap flow from most trees tapped before sap flow begins. Let me know how it goes! I love to hear from people in other areas of the country and world. What species of birch grow in Sweden?
