The World Health Organization has announced that in 2010, Cancer will become the number one killer,
replacing cardiovascular disease. While it is important to develop and use the safest, most effective agents against existing cancers, it is even MORE important to look at why people are getting cancer at such an increasing rate. Sure, there are cancer causing genes, but I think we need more investigation into environmental causes, both of cancer, and what if any effect the environment and stress plays on immune suppression or depression.
