I agree. I had never seen a Southern until I went to college, where we have several of them on my campus. Very unique and excellent elevators! They also seem to do decent modernization work as well.

I have a Pentrex VHS cassete on Amtrak's AutoTRain. When the pictures were taken, Amtrak had single-level cars with a handful of dome cars in the consist. And it had one or two of the first 50 Genisis locomotives with a cab ride in one. But now, they really have the train running great with Superliner cars on it. On some of the models of that type of car, they molded an elevator inside som eof the passenger cars.
