Dayton did do a hell of a good Groucho. Don't have any footage of it though. I checked with my Mom (she was a fellow puppeteer with Dayton on the Hoody Doody show). She suggested looking for it on a copy of a Steve Allen show.

I just watch your Dayton Allen pieces, they are great. I was wondering if you have, or know where I can find, any footage of him him doing his famed Groucho Marx impression.

You have no idea what this means to me. As a fan of PG's for over 30 years, I had seen this video featured on a Radio-Canada (Montreal) news broadcast in the mid-80's. I have lloked for it ever since. Thanks.

Good looking copy for YouTube. Played pretty well with a few frame lags here and there with my local bandwidth, no hits in the audio. I'll always remember seeing this on MCTV in '83 and being blown away by it. Really convinced me to look into CG. A classic, Dean!
