I'm an astronomy and physics teacher looking to collect little video gems for use in my class. So if you have a channel of your own or just a one-off clip with something nifty going on, let me know.

I'm extraordinarily interested in how social networking sites can be used to improve education and the exchange of ideas. You might have guessed this from my participation in the Phylm Prize and Spotlight '08 forum. Anywho...

I blog on education and produce a science vodcast--"The Tabletop Explainer." You can find these and other science "goodies" on my website, linked below.

Please - cos you have the rare gift of explaining the obtuse/mind bending type stuff, I'd really love to see you explain phase entanglement and the non local universe. I never got the probability thing so well before I saw your video. The closest I (probably) came was the penguin thing in the BBC's Douglas Adams show. You really are a dear and it would mean so much to me. Maybe you could also explain for me the 'sidewalk astronomer's' views on the universe not expanding from a big bang, but being static, and recycling everything from the outer edges, and as he states, that the universe does indeed have edges. Or if that's distasteful to you, maybe a comparison of current belief vs his idea of the static universe recycling? Cheers.

PS: anything on the nature of time would be great too. Love the quote "time is what stops everything happening at once"...Or does it???

jlin91, I do intend to finish the relativity videos. I'm just a little busy right now. I've gotten myself on a few too many committees here at work. ;) I had hoped to do the next installment over New Year's, but alas, a big project came up. Now, I'm hoping April break will give me a chance. Video three already has a script, I just need to animate it.

noonscience, don't worry; the science videos are still coming. Life has just been getting in the way for a while. I'm hoping to turn out the next relativity video over new year's.
