I introduced myself today at the Guitar show - how's it going? Thanks for the videos and keep them coming - they are very informative. Ended up buying a G&L Jazz bass after watching your Jazz Bass video.
Remove the screw holding the cogworm and remove the cog, then remove the little plate that slides out and holds the ear/worm shaft (for lack of better term), flip it so its on the opposite side, then re assemble.
