I'm a big teddy bear, as so many people tell me. I love being nice to everyone because for one it makes me feel good, and this way I know that when I die, somebody will surely miss me. o_O Not that I would care if I were missed or not, I just want to live life being the best person I can. This world would be pretty awesome if everybody had a sense of humility and realized how important it is to spread peace and love... it's kind of infectious. So I say "Infect people with kindness!"

I was born Christopher Emmanuel Pineda in Manhasset, New York, March the 29th 1986: the child of an Italian mother, and Dominican father... yes, the family was big, and it was loud growing up (sometimes too loud). Life as a kid, I can remember, consisted of me trying to figure out who I was, where I stood, and how I differ as a person compared to others. I was shy (still am), but was the friendliest kid (I'm still that too). So far, I've learned in this life, (what I'm sure many do) things happen, maybe for the best, maybe not so much.

Some things can change you, some things may not; you may forget some things, fading as time passes along, and some things... Well, some things die with you. After I moved to Kissimmee (at the age of 7), I'll never forget the change of atmosphere, the un-mistakable feeling of despair...

New York was with out a doubt comfortably, and culturally diverse when compared to Kissimmee (my new home)... I quickly grew out of place there, and out of my skin. Fitting in, was always something I had struggled with. Long story short... In time I found that it was great to be me, and I was special and amazing in my own way. Life is a whirlwind of craziness that can come crashing in on you without any given notice, at any moment, it's hard, tough, but it's beautiful.

Thankfully when I was in a slump, the beautiful expression of art found its way to my heart, mind, and soul. From poetry, painting, music, and playing instruments... anything connected with art, enabled my soul to fly. I'm 22 right now, soon to be 23, and now more than ever, art is here, guiding me through life. I see the "art," and beauty in everything (even the things some may not consider aesthetically pleasing)... it's just one of those things I'm sure not to forget, it is who I am...
