Hey, I finally have everything ready to put my beer on tap. I'll be cleaning tonight, but should have the tap full in the next 24 hours. Thanks for all the help!

I went from drinking Pabst out of a can to serving all grain beer from my home built Sanyo kegerator. Couldn't have done it without your vids. You're a bro. ~Andrew

I'm new to home brewing, but after several batches of basic home brews I'm looking to get a little more advanced. I've looked at many different kits and I already see that I wouldn't be using all of the items many include. I would rather put my own kit together and fabricate the parts I can. I like your videos and I want to know all the equipment you use, from grain mills to kegging, and what things could you do with or without, things you would change, and make a list of the essentials to brew all grain to a wishlist of the best. Its easy to see a lot of people already hold you in high esteem and you can count me among them. Thanks and I look forward to more posts.

Awsome job explaining the process every step of the way!!! I just got into brewing and am already so addicted... I started with Mr Beer, brewing with extracts and have just ordered my Starter kit from Midwest Brewing... Great price for a two stage fermation kit.... I cant wait to brew my first all grain batch.. Question? Do I have to re introduce oxygen into my brew????

i hope one day to move to a keg setup but for now im sticking with bottles. do you know if its a good idea to bottle straight into a few 2 litre growlers with a hinged lid, not the screw on kind, instead of 5o some od bottles?
