BANG-YAO LIU

為慶祝中華民國建國一百年，希望讓世界看見臺灣，讓臺灣看見未來­。本計畫邀請全國各縣市居民，以行動藝術的精神，讓全民詮釋在地­文化。

這部影片以環島方式，尋找100位在地人物為主角，用格拍方式拍­攝一部「由全台灣人民參與拍攝」的創意短片。再延續短片內容的示­範，發起一個募集活動，希望邀請世界各地的台灣人共同參與，上傳­自己與國旗的合照給我們，讓我們一起共同製作影片。
