In recognition of the company's contribution to the American dance field, the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center has filmed and archived the company repertoire in the Jerome Robbins Archive of the Recorded Moving Image. These archival recordings began with Buglisi and Foreman's innovative production Runes of the Heart, a full evening dance play that premiered at Lincoln Center with Associate Founders Terese Capucilli and Christine Dakin. This celebrated quartet danced together as principal artists with Martha Graham for two decades.
