"A true man hates no one." Napoleon Bonaparte
The following scenario could explain the actions of George W. Bush.
Perhaps he is a key player in a long term plan to bring about a worldwide era of enlightenment and humanitarian concern.
Through actions associated with his presidential terms, the third and final stage of this plan has been set in motion.
This plan is called The Palladian Rite of Albert Pike. It did not create struggle within humankind, but seeks to direct it in a purposeful manner.
If you want to make an omelet, you've got to break some eggs.
Generally speaking, this plan is designed to pit against each other the historical institutions of intolerance until all are in flames.
From these ashen remnants of social structure shall arise the Phoenix of the new humanitarian era..
Annuit Cœptis Novus Ordo Seclorum,: The Eye of Providence has "approved of (our) undertakings."...for "a new order of the ages."
Like a latter day Templar, Bush has sought to set the Middle Eastern stage for the return of "Those who from heaven to earth came."
This is the influence in whose image we were created, and whose essence has been variously perceived through the dim glass of world religion.
Of course there will come a time when the dim glass must be cast aside.
Of course the Lighthouse must be built for the third time.
"But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." Albert Pike

"...across the gulf of space, minds that are to our minds as ours are to those of the beasts that perish, intellects vast and cool and unsympathetic regarded this earth with envious eyes, and slowly and surely drew their plans..." ---H.G. Wells The War of the Worlds
The Palladian Rite is an instruction manual to prepare the world for the second coming of those in whose essence we were created. It is an incontrovertible document divined by Albert Pike from "those who came from heaven to earth," and, as such, is not amendable by human circumvention. In its essence, it pits against each other the societal machinations of human hubris, as matter against anti-matter, to ensure their destruction.
The Palladian Rite is predicated on the basis of fomenting three world wars whose purpose is to neutralize the two impediments to true spirituality----organized religion and atheism.
The First World War was arranged to destroy Russian monarchy, enabling the rise of atheistic communism, which in turn will weaken world religions.
The Second World War was arranged to destroy Nazism , create the State of Israel, and strengthen political Zionism which was held in check by communism.
The Third World War is the pitting of Political Zionism against Radical Islam for the mutual destruction of both. This is the obvious hour of history in which we dwell.
A world left in shambles by this climactic struggle will writhe in chaos, finding little or no help in traditional state and religious institutions. It will hunger for profound societal change.
At this point will arise a true spirituality of enlightenment, emanating from an unfettered right brain consciousness whose societal shackles have finally been destroyed.
It will be a time of empowerment and unity, as was intended by the true creative force, though has been denied by the long dark age of the tyrannical Opponent.

(English Translation: The sons of Adam are limbs of each other, Having been created of one essence. When the calamity of time affects one limb The other limbs cannot remain at rest. If thou hast no sympathy for the troubles of others Thou art unworthy to be called by the name of a human.)
There are only two forces in the world, the sword and the spirit. In the long run the sword will always be conquered by the spirit. Napoleon Bonaparte

The Sumerian story of struggle between two brothers, Enki and Enlil, represents the manifest drama within every psyche between right and left brain sensibilities. The reign of Enki, who is symbolic of right brain creative consciousness, is wrongly displaced by the dictatorial Enlil, symbol of left brain 'patriarchal' consciousness. True to their respective forms, Enki is associated with the sea and matriarchal empowerment, whereas Enlil is the god of the land and antagonistic towards the human race.
Enki is the bringer of enlightenment to humanity and the rebel against tyranny from above. He interbreeds with humans, thereby creating the Nephilim, who Enlil tries to destroy with the deluge, though Enki arranges for some to survive. Enki's son Marduk campaigns long and hard to restore the rightful rule of the Enki strain of Annunaki, as does his hybrid son Nabu who declares himself the "Son of Man" and the "Son of God," since he is part extraterrestrial and part human.
We can equate the second coming of Enki with a rebirth of right brain creative consciousness which will supplant the tyrannical hold of left brain consciousness which for too long has enslaved humanity to mere materialist concerns. Enki is an Aquarian and his coming age is the Age of Aquarius, which will likely follow a time of great destruction as opponents of enlightenment resort to desperate measures at the approach of the home planet Nibiru.
In this ancient tale--which predates Christianity, Judaism, and Islam--we behold the dynamics of the human condition, whether considered in literal or psychological terms. As always, the two eternal polarities are at play, however we choose to characterize them----right brain/left brain, spirituality and materialism, Yen and Yang, Chalice and Blade, feminine and masculine consciousness, etc... This tale is also one of great hope, for in the age which is now birthing enlightenment will prevail; It is the age of Enki.
Prayer to Enki: Lord who has made the seed of mankind come forth, who creates good destiny for them, who teaches them the proper practices! He makes august and dignified rites proliferate truly like grass. He assigns the sceptres, he distributes the loyal crowns, and announces their exalted names.
Prayer to Enki: Lord who among the gods makes the clever decisions, most prominent among them from the south to the uplands; who holding a staff in his hand determines their destinies as the Anuna gods come to him; who possessing all the divine powers is alone surpassing.

It is time that we, as a human race, confront the religious myths of antiquity. Those who have ears can hear in them an attempt to describe the profound impact of human/extraterrestrial interaction. Those who have eyes can see in them a path of enlightenment which is alien to the dog-eat-dog essence of terrestrial behavior. It is time for us to process this information with a maturity befitting our age, casting aside the childish 'man-on-a-cloud' imagery which may have sufficed for more primitive cultures, but is certainly a blasphemy to intellectual honesty in ours.
For too long, institutions which rule by guilt and fear have shackled our psychological well-being to their inferior interpretation of humankind's role in regards to that which informs us from beyond the terrestrial realm of existence. It is time to call an end to the dogma of convenient mythologies, and replace their dominion over us with an honest and open-ended quest for truth. THERE IS NO RELIGION HIGHER THAN TRUTH.
The two great impediments to beholding a higher spirituality are atheism and institutionalized religion. Atheists cannot see beyond the bloodthirsty machinations of terrestrial nature, and institutionalized religion is an age-old extortion racket dedicated to the political and financial mastery of our species. As Mark Twain wrote, "...any established church is an established crime, an established slave pen." -- though we must remember that there are many honorable, well-intentioned, and spiritually-attuned people within the ranks of organized religion; Nonetheless, the new wine of true spirituality will not fit in the old skin of institutionalized religion, for true spirituality emanates from the creative consciousness of the right brain, and to submit it to left brain institutionalization is like pinning a butterfly to a board.
