I'm 34 and live in Austin, TX.

I've been playing guitar since the age of 10 and I am currently preparing to start playing some shows in Austin.

***UPDATE**** I am currently recording my first CD at Wonderland Studios in Austin, TX.

Unfortunately, I do not read music and cannot provide you with any of the tabs to any of the songs I play. However, I will tell you that I frequently use a double dropped D tuning.

People have asked about my gear... I am playing a Briarwood guitar, my mic is a MXL 770 condensor mic and I use garageband software currently until I can afford Logic.

Hi Tom,
Your voice is awesome, I really like the tone. Is the cd going to be released in the UK or will I be able to get it on ITunes? I would love to hear you cover some Stereophonics or Ray Lamontagne, any plans for more covers, are you going to put any more originals here? Lots of questions but I need to listen to you while I drive instead of the nonsense my wife listens to!!!

when you record your own voice, you always have those high and low peeks in your recorded track which make your voice sound harder and lower when playing it. How did you flatten out those peeks? I've tried it with some anti-aliasing plug-ins in adobe audition, without any decent results however. Was wondering if you could give me some insight into that ;)
