10/29/08 - I've learned a lot in the past 2 years; including lessons I never wanted to learn, but am a better person from learning. I've learned that I'm not as strong as I feel, I'm not as wise as I think, and I'm more vulnerable than I believed.

I've learned a lot about other people, too. I've learned what true friendship is. I've learned what understanding is. And I've learned how important compassion can be.

I guess more than anything, I've learned that I have a whole lot of learning to do before I figure anything out - including myself. But it's a long journey, and I'm not alone walking it.

I'll be back.
