Hi Billy, I noticed that u said u are doing the sublingual. I was told that it doesn't work and that the injections are the only real type of HCG. Obviouly, from what you've been able to do that can't be true. However, Kevin does say you can lose weight on a 500 a calorie a day diet.

I've been on this for about a week. I gorged for a bout a week before and gained 8 pounds which I was able to lose in 2 days. I'm now down 7 more pounds in a week. that's 15! woo hoo. however, i'm finding it difficult because I'm usually kind of or really hungry toward the afternoon and evenings. I don't eat in the morning. only coffee. then lunch with a meat and salad or veggies and either apples, grapefruit or orange in between. haven't had too much of a problem with sweet cravings thank God.

Any suggestions about the hunger?
