Hi,
I have watched all of the videos and I think that they are all fantastic. Each one is also a very creative example of what sweding is all about. I think that the goal of this whole project is to encourage creativity. I don't necessarily feel that competition encourages creativity and I do not feel it is my place to judge other's work. So after some consideration, I arrived at this decision: all of these videos are winners, not just one of them, so I've passed the decision onto my friends at Pathe.
In the spirit of this project, I encourage future creativity and more great work from all of the participants. CONGRATULATIONS!

Hey There,
We're Mike and Jerry and we work at the best, most awesome video store in the world - Be Kind Rewind videos in Passaic, New Jersey. Since our kick-ass Sweded movies got our community buzzing, we've decided to spread the word of Sweding to the rest of planet - starting with you, the people of the United Kingdom. We're going to give you the chance to make your own Sweded movie.
Sweding is taking something you like and remaking it from scratch by mixing it with other things you like. You can use whatever you can get your hands on, everyday things and items like technology and stuff. Then when you're finished you have a new thing, an awesome thing. It's not the same as the thing it was, but a better thing based on the old thing.
It's putting you into the thing you love - That's Sweding.
So a Sweded movie is a re-imagining of your favourite film, trailer or scene, made lovingly by yourselves using anything that you might have at hand. It doesn't matter if it's short, in fact the shorter the better, it's easier and funnier that way.
So, welcome to our site, Be Kind Rewind Your Movie. We hope you have a killer time making your Sweded films and if you get stuck for inspiration you can always check out the trailer for our new film "Be Kind Rewind" or see it in Cinemas February 22 '08.
