Hello! My name is Ian! I am an avid home cook/baker currently based in Central New York, New York City, and Connecticut. I bake bread almost everyday. I am always looking for new cooking techniques, recipes, and philosophies! Cooking is fun and easy and appealing and I am more people should do it! : )
Also, I am a big fan of vintage cookbooks and vintage cooking shows (Galloping Gourmet, Julia Child, Fanny Craddock, etc.) As you can probably see from my videos! lol!
Recently I just finished my basic pastry certificate at Le Cordon Bleu Paris! I shall return after I finish with College/University! :D
My cooking/baking videos run a bit on the long side, but I feel it is necessary, so that I can give you all the tools needed to succeed! : )
Also, if you need the recipe, it's usually in the description area. It might change from time to time, as I tend to experiment a lot with my recipes. The updated recipe/measurements will always be in the description area.
