Here I seek to turn tears to words in an effort to heal, share, and help in the simplest of ways. There is life beyond Anorexia; I have found it. But I still know and feel the pain and suffering eating disorders carry with them. I can't forget, but I can write. Every day It is there--that terrifying It that tries to get a hold of me and so many others. Sometimes It succeeds, sometimes It does not. But words are tools. Turning tears to words is where it starts.

Now I've turned to video as well. I figure I might as well use my voice as many ways as I can, right? My recovery blog is http://tearstowords.blogspo... and the majority of these videos are used there.
About Me:

I'm 25, happily married, and love to write. I use my writing to promote recovery and love to do everything I can to help those struggling with eating disorders. I'm rather new to YouTube, but I'm liking it so far and hope to use my videos on my blog for a long, long time. I'm a moderator on a popular eating disorder recovery website and I'm also an ANAD support group leader.

I'm a part of a fabulous YouTube eating disorder recovery collaboration called the Freedom Fighters. This is the link to our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user...
Check it out if you're interested! My weekly video for the collab is always posted on a Wednesday.
