I here by decree as authorized by the universal consciousness that all Scientologists are fools. Until these fools/Scientologists resign from the Church of Scientology they are fair game. In order for a Scientologist to resign they must do the following.
1. Protest against the Church of Scientology.
2. Reveal all they know of any wrong doings by another Scientologist/s and or Scientology.
3. Better themselves by getting a proper education (go to university) thus making amends to the planet Earth and its population (mankind) for the destructive behavior/s they have previously undertaken.
I here by proclaim this decree active.
As per, The united federation of interplanetary life and the upholders of the cup of the universal consciousness which is forever empty.

From Hubbard's 'research' into the OT levels whilst under the influent of drugs to his time with Alistair Crowley participating in the ritualistic sex to create the 'Chosen One'.
A history of the Sea Org and the ever pending 'Space Org'. For old timers this seat of your pants book will explain exactly how Scientology came about and how Hubbard brought about the biggest con in history.

In 1965, Hubbard issued the policy letter HCOPL 1 Sep 1965 (reissued 5 Oct 1985) entitled "Ethics Protection". In it, he states that "Ethics actions are often used to handle down individual statistics. A person who is not doing his job becomes an Ethics target" and goes on to detail how a Scientologist can protect himself from Ethics punishment by being more productive and keeping statistics up: "In short, a staff member can get away with murder so long as his statistic is up and can't sneeze without a chop if it's down."
If the staff member's production is sufficiently high (as evidenced by an up statistic), the Scientologist gains an immunity to the Ethics process, even if they have openly committed violations: "When people do start reporting a staff member with a high statistic, what you investigate is the person who turned in the report. In an ancient army a particularly brave deed was recognized by an award of the title of Kha-Khan. It was not a rank. The person remained what he was, BUT he was entitled to be forgiven the death penalty ten times in case in the future he did anything wrong. That was a Kha-Khan. That's what producing, high-statistic staff members are - Kha-Khans. They can get away with murder without a blink from Ethics.... And Ethics must recognize a Kha-Khan when it sees one - and tear up the bad report chits on the person with a yawn." [5]

Just one dose of psychiatric medication (SSRI's, anti-depressants etc) will make a person an "Illegal Pre-clear" and thus ineligible for any Scientology "auditing" and unable to go up "the Bridge to Total Freedom".
According to Scientology, psychiatric drugs "mash a persons mental image pictures together, making them impossible to audit" using Scientology methods. This means that they are then doomed, because Scientology is the only way out, it is the only chance for mankind.
Does this mean L R H is an illegal Pre Clear? L. R. HUBBARD was found to have these types of drugs in his body as stated in the toxicity report...???

One thing which appears to be the Achilles heal of a lot of entrepreneurs is that they consider themselves (unknowingly) a law unto themselves. Bold as brass they brush through anything which may stop them. No rules apply to them. This is of course true until they are stopped, by the LAW. The real law of our society. They will do things which are illegal (not necessarily on purpose) simply because they don't even consider there are any rules which apply to them. They are in their own world making things happen. They thrive on this environment (why shouldn't they?)
Then the old adage comes along. 'Ignorantia juris non excusat'.

The Body Basher incident. This is where a particular being trapped in a very small vessel (which was actually a midgets body), quite fascinating really.
This being would get angry and upset (because of some secondary) and beat up bodies.
This being would hit, kick, punch and slap virtually anybody and do anything to damage, intimidate humiliate the body being bashed.
Eventually some of these bodies would leave the area. Others were stuck in their own secondary and would stay. Some flat out liked the bashing and stayed. Those that liked it were possibly dramatizing another incident earlier on the time track (B&D).
Quite remarkable really.
