ALICE and AIML: Personal, Historical and Philosophical

This is a talk given at Doug's Place (www.94510.org) a non-technical salon in Benicia, California that hosts talks on a variety of subjects ranging from travel to health and personal development. In September 2009 Dr. Wallace was invited to give a presentation on ALICE and AIML.
