What I don't like about PIPA, SOPA, and the like is that they're a slippery slope that could lead to the introduction of more draconian laws in future.
They're also an indicator of what the Occupy movement has been saying in that some parts of the American government (and possibly other large governments) are no longer representing the will of the people, but are instead representing the will of big business. The average corporation tends to have some dubious morals, so that's worrisome.
