Thanks for your feedback, Kelly. It is certainly your right to choose a different VRS provider if you think they are the best option for meeting your needs. It sounds like our Z phones were not the right choice for you. However, there are many other people who prefer the high quality videophones and services provided by The Z™, and they appreciate the fact that we offer exciting new technology and features not offered by Sorenson or any other provider.

I dont like the message that the ceo of this company is broadcasting... he even not deaf and he signs like he just learned how to sign yesterday. The fcc is trying to bash the vrs services because the small vrs companies are jealous of how the bigger companies are doing. So What!! The American way is dog eat dog world.. The smaller companies want to be communist and make it fair for all people. The reality is that zvrs provides a crappy product with virtually no tech support. However Sorenson has unparellaled sucess by providing 24/7 tech and vrs services. Sorenson has been the industry leader and always will be! Ill support the Big dog as long as i can. If yall cant back up your proiduct then yall need to get the heck outta way. Plan and Simple!! Regards Kelly Faust

hello zvrs, let you know i got Z340 by yesterday about free for order last decmeber sign for free get z240 vp200 number tranfer to z340 right. so i try turn on z340 and it wont turn on show screen video anything nothing becuause i have wifi at home i did already setting network, but it still not work. what's going on. help me.
