About Me:

Hi, I am a person who is a strong supporter of the Free Software philosophy and a strong believer of the Free Software Definition. I regularly use software on my machine which respect and defend users freedom, specifically the freedom to cooperate, freedom to share software with neighbours, freedom to study the program, freedom to control my own computing, and having control to what the software does. I love and favour RMS's ideas and have his teachings spread which is the reason I've uploaded videos of him. I am also a fan of non-profit organisation which campaigns resistance against organisational parties which threatens freedom in computer development, communication and promote civil online liberties and speech. I am a strong opponent of censorship and a supporter of young person's for freedom of expression. In my free time I research on Digital Restrictions Management and other cryptography technology which restrict innovation and technology development in the market (this does not mean i hate cryptography. In fact i love strong cryptography given that it's a security beneficial tool and offers strong protection for personal privacy. But using cryptography for DRM purpose is a big NO-NO and that's something i do NOT tolerate). Anyway the list of sites i love, please see them in 'Interest and Hobbies'. Ok, even if my favourite sites are displayed, some of them I really don't visit a lot, so I'll mention some I frequently look in:

WHO'D I LIKE TO MEET!
Anyone who is free software ethical nerd! Anyone who spreads and encourages others spreading the free software philosophy. Anyone who hates software idea patents. Anyone who think there's a need of change of unjust copyright law. Anyone who thinks censorship/mandatory classification is a tool of tyrants. Anyone who uses GNU/Linux without binary blobs. Anyone who encourages the use of free software and GNU/Linux in workplaces. And anyone who has the balls to write free software replacements for today's popular proprietary software.

I like to meet anyone who is fed up of being treated like a child and punished as adults at the same time. Anyone fed up with being judged by their DOB instead of who they are. Anyone who think the voting and drinking age is too high. Anyone who speak up ageism is the same issue as racism, sexism today. Anyone who think U18 or U21 are the most oppressed people in the Western World. Anyone who speak of made-up theories of how brains of U18 don't function properly and that they can't think rationally is absurd. Anyone who think it is time to free youths. And anyone who has the guts to go out and do something about it.

FAVOURITED NEWS ARTICLE SITE WITHOUT PARTICULAR ORDER!:

LIST OF ENEMY SITES:

http://acma.gov.au at IP 165.191.2.20
http://microsoft.com at IP 207.46.232.182
http://dbcde.gov.au at IP 203.9.222.90
http://www.bbfc.co.uk at IP 89.206.163.195
http://www.acl.org.au at IP 203.84.232.40 (Seriously, this site really pisses me off. I'll elaborate this later, but not some time soon.)
Interests:
Using Free Software, trying different GNU/Linux OS, spread RMS knowledge, evading technical net censorship, imparting ideas of youthrights, parodying OFLC (Not NZ, the AU one, see oflc.gov.au) images and that's pretty much. My Favourite Websites: www.gnu.org, www.gnu.org/software/for-windows.html, www.fsf.org, www.fsfeurope.org, www.sorbaioli.org/free-software, www.codecguide.com, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_software_portal, www.efa.org.au, www.eff.org, www.nocleanfeed.com, www.portableapps.com, https://www.torproject.org, https://www.jondos.de/en, http://anon.inf.tu-dresden.de/index_en.html, www.psiphon.ca, www.peacefire.org, www.refused-classification.com, www.somebodythinkofthechildren.com, http://audio-video.gnu.org, www.youthrights.org, http://nyra.org.uk, www.freechild.org, www.nswccl.org.au, www.truecrypt.org, www.gnupg.org, www.gpg4win.org, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Cryptography, www.rsf.org, www.opennet.net, www.sourceforge.net, www.cla.asn.au.
Movies:
Family Guy, Happy Tree Friends, Bratz (but not the dolls), pr0n, RMS Vids. BTW I rarely watch TV and if i don't watch TV, it's just me spending most of my time on the computer youtubing and surfin thru ma fav sites.
Music:
Eminem, 50 Cent. Sadly there are heaps of other songs i really like. Its just that i really don't get to know who's the artist or having the time to know who's singing it. Like overtime i hear the song i really like, and i struggle to find out the song title. Anywayz rap, hip hop are my favourite genres.
Books:
I really don't read a lot, in fact I HATE READING as texts make my eyes roll out the place, makes me lose concentration and my brain go over the place! But I read a lot online tho, I love forums, youthrights forums, and absorbing opinions from youtube and other sites. I don't watch mainstream media or read mainstream newspaper unless it's published via the internet with a forum ready for open discussion and commenting without fear of censorship. Reading on a PC, is way more comfy than the press.

Glad you got a distro working for you :-). Tell u what, you can literally find thousands of them in Wikipedia. Just type in the search box "List of Linux Distribution" and you can try out which distro works the best for you. Mind you I use Ubuntu as my mainstream OS, coz it's pretty user friendly (I like user friendly), one the best drivers support and i reckon it has the largest community support. Tried PCLinuxOS too and works pretty decent!
