I read your website information regarding the Cockcroftwalton.
Am I right in assuming that you are using the diodes is parallel and series to obtain a durable working value at such high voltages?
I will purchase 300 1N4007 diodes for this task. However I am left theorising as to the amount and configuration I will need for 4 stages.
I have 8 30KV capacitors at 1NF and 6 at 2NF.
I am inspired to make my own as in your instructions!!
Would I be right in assuming that one would require an equal increase in amperage as well as voltage for each diode stage?
Please answer when you have the time. I know you are busy and I have sent you several questions to which you were kind enough to respond.
