The UpTake's Comment Policy
If it's disrespectful or offensive, your comment will be deleted. We run a tight ship on this. This means no homophobic, racist, sexist, offensive, etc. language, but also no name-calling ("That guy is a moron!") or comments on appearance ("He has a huge head"). This includes comments about celebrities and politicians. This includes even tiny, seemingly innocent jokes.
There are plenty of places on the internet where you can disparage someone's looks, call them an idiot or use Ad hominem attacks. This isn't one of them.
Users who regularly violate this policy will be banned.
If you are going to cite statistics, we ask that you give a source.
