CPS have dropped the charge of "unlawful protest" at Parliament Square on November 5, 2011. The CPS had wanted to prosecute all those arrested inclduing myself for not having authorization to protest at Parlaiment regardless of the fact that authorization in the form of a letter had existed covering the protest. Also, I was not protesting and so it wouldn't be possible for the CPS to show any evidence of the charge.

The excuse used by the CPS for dropping charges was that it was not in the public interest and that the crime commited was low in the scale of things. The truth is they never had any evidence to support their charges.

I intend to take the Met Police to court for wrongful arrest and the loss of liberty. I will also be releasing the video footage from November 5th once I get my camera's back from the police.

So Do you just go around looking for police to annoy and start something out of nothing im the first to admit that a lot of police in this day and age aren't perfect and that many are corrup but it seems you go out of your way to get a reaction out of them they put there lives on the line for the public and most of them do there job well what have you ever done too save lives or do anything good apart from being a moron

I also expressed my choice not to continue this conversation with you but you seem unwilling to understand that to. My question was, essentially this: Libertarianism is each entity having the ABILITY to make their own choices, BUT having to pay the price if their choices are wrong.
The mega-breeding and subsequent excess population of Third World countries is not our fault, why should their mistake become OUR problem?

Why do you consider it "racist" to have Mexico keep their failure to themselves? After all, they're an "independent" country, which means they should pay for their own failure. If they can't, they need to admit they can't hack it, and either change their ways, or get out of the Independent Country biz!
