KFM is not meant to be a new style but a new way of thinking, an expression of self-defense where the challenge is to better understand how the mind and body function, and to do that one must crack open the conditioning of the human mind. Everybody's training is an ongoing attempt to evolve and grow, and with an open mind, desire and passion there are no limits other than the limits you impose on yourself.

KFM incorporates the martial arts with the body's natural instincts and reactions, this makes it very easy to pick up, many times during my training I have found myself "feeling" what I was going to do next due to the natural flow and the body's ability to tell you what it wants to do and where it wants to go, sounds strange but if you've tried it you'll know what I mean.
