Hands down the best board i have found is the (Multiwiicopter plug and play Version 4) from multiwiicopter.com
i highly recommend this board to anyone.
go to google and type in Tretch5000
the first result that pops up that says tretch5000 blog-RC Groups
click on it and go the the bottom of the page. i list everything i use for FPV on it and where i get it from.
hope this helps
i just watch the tricopter very close. i pick a point on the tri or quad and just keep my eye on it the entire time. when i'm doing all the flips and everything i anticipate what the tri or quad is going to do and kind of think ahead.
other then that i listen to the sounds it makes. when it's upside down or sideways it make a different sound then it does when in a hover
