About TradCatholicMom's channel
A channel dedicated to showing aspects of living a Catholic life every day.
Catholicism isn't just something reserved for Sunday. Catholicism is a way of life that is lost to many people today. Many look back at books and listen to their Grandmothers speak of customs such as family altars, processions, the use of incense in prayer at Mass, Latin, etc and wonder what happened to it all. There are many customs, small traditions that were just a way of life for the average Catholic and many people let go of them. These are the things that traditional Catholics hold onto today and that I would like to share with you here.
If you like what you see please subscribe. I'll happily take suggestions for videos, etc, so please feel free to comment, message me or e-mail me. Thanks!

I'm a Catholic mother of two young girls. My husband and I converted to the Church from various protestant backgrounds on St. Joseph's Day 2002. After getting tired of all the abuses, watered down Catholicism and utter nonsense that takes place in the N.O. atmosphere we moved to a location that has a daily Latin Mass. Deo Gratias. We couldn't have been happier to discover that many of the old traditions, practices and devotions that were seemingly abandoned in the last forty years since VII in lieu of a false ecumenism and attempt to appear more "appealing" to non-Catholics are still alive and well among many catholics who are traditionally minded. Many of these customs are what have made Catholics "catholic" for the last 2000 years and they should be practiced with pride and a sense of spiritual heritage. They are significant part of our Catholic identity.
