I do Parkour because it is a discipline and life time skill, which enables me to improve myself mentally and physically overcoming obstacles in my mind, life and in my environment. I also like to help others.
Parkour events I have attended/visited:
Glasgow, London, PK11, Lisses 07, Edinburgh, Erskine, Parkour Generation's workshops, Rendezvous 2, Clydebank, A.D.D Yamakasi Academy at Evry, Lisses 08, Rendezvous 3, Newcastle, Lisses & Evry 09.

( thanks :) :p)
I've been training alot up to today.
Was wondering if u could give me a time and place where i could possibly see if i can catch up with you guys, ive been to rottenrow before i find most of the stuff kinna easy, and ive got my stamina right up, so it'd be cool to try and see what i can do. Thanks
I was just wondering. Do you work out your upper body one day and than your lower body the next day?
For example: Monday-Upper/ Tuesday-Lower/ Wens-Upper etc?
