I have said it's both inappropriate and illegal. I don't hate Blunderf00t for it, I just think he ought to make up for his due. What is he hiding? Why cut out reference to the source? Is he afraid that people will find out that dr Craig actually makes deductive sound arguments?

It's true that it doesn't lead to that, but it should tell you that a guy who is legally allowed to post Reasonable Faith content knows about law, and he knows about content, and he knows what constitutes copyright infringement. Nobody can upload over 850 videos with the same material as drcraigvideos have done, without being authorized with regards to that material. Which means drcraigvideos, if any on youtube, is suitable to file DMCA when someone makes money on that content.

Fair use does NOT allow unless under exceptional circumstances to make money..this channel makes money from posting videos. Now, to address the troll issue...let's take a look at your channel.... I see no uploads, no subs, a few drops of views..all in 4years!!!!!!!!! That stinks of trolling like no other!!!!!!Now, when you decide to make inane statements again, please check your facts.

I can't look at thunderf00t's channel and deduce that he doesn't respect copyright infringement laws. I can't look at drcraigvideos channel and decide he's pretending to be an authorized agent when he's not. You don't tell things from looking at people and deciding that you don't like who they are or what they say. This isn't about lecture, it's about finding out how things are. However looking at drcraigvideos channel you see he has over 850 videos with dr Craig up, which should tell you that he probably is legally involved in all of this.

Long before this happened, DCV already agreed with Reasonable Faith to become an authorized agent on their part and have a lookout on youtube regarding their material.

3. no you don't. All you have to do is check the box that says that. You can dmca the lotr parodies, all you have to do is commit purjury by checking the box and boom, video is gone. The system won't magically know you committed purjury, it will just dmca the vid. It really is that simple. What did you think dcv did to file a dmca? Fax a paper showing proof of copyright to youtube?
4. Because I don't want to discuss the specific content of the video, I find it rather useless from experience. I only care to discuss whether it is legal and only go so far as to categorize the content of the video to help do so. If you want to discuss the actual content, just wait for someone else to reply to you.

1. who says i care to watch tf's videos? And I especially dont care for analysing these kind of vids tf makes.
2. find me the law that says you have to roll credits at a movie. then look and see if it applies to online videos, because there sure isnt a law directly for youtube. If he hired craig, find me the contract. You cant extrapolate laws, nor can you just make them up as you go, thats not how it works. Find me where it says fair use doesn't work for commercial natures. It sure as heck isnt in the faq you showed.

Moonwalker - a quick view of your channel tells me that you either don't have any idea what is meant by 'fair use' or you have a blatant dis-regard for Youtubes copyright and community guidelines. Either way, you're hardly in a position to lecture others about it.
