The Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs' (JCPA) Institute for Global Jewish Affairs was established in 2008. It comprises of several long-running programs of the JCPA that deal with Jewish issues.

The Institute hosts the Herbert Berman Memorial Lecture Series and the monthly Post-Holocaust and Anti-Semitism project. These lectures are given by scholars, leaders and other specialists. The audience consists of a multidisciplinary group of experts, with a broad international background. Each lecture is followed by a question and answer session where the wealth of knowledge of the participants and the expertise of the speaker enable further deepening of the analysis.
