Is it possible to find out the purpose of the USB connector at the back of the Telstra T-Box. I am not able to find any documentation about it. I do know the front USB socket is available for connecting a dedicated external hard drive to backup the internal HD recordings.

We have had nothing but problems with our tbox since it arrived, first the remote did not work and had to be replaced. Than went to connect to our antenna and had to go buy 25 dollars worth of fittings. Than the bigpond movies did not work had to ring Tbox support which i had to ring three different numbers to get help.. Not impressed with the Tbox at all!!!!

@seabee7603 You could try resetting the program guide: Menu>Settings>T-Box Information>Reset options>Reset Program Guide. Try loading the EPG by pressing the 'Guide' button on the remote. If the problem persists, please ring T-Box tech support at 1300 136 841.

@PwnerBalooner Could you please check the internet connection on Menu>Settings>T-Box Information>System Information and see if 'Internet' says Ok (connected)? If it's not connected to the Internet, try pressing the 'red' button on the remote. If the problem persists, please ring T-Box tech support at 1300 136 841.
