We are strong teens from around the world, helping spread awarness of a little known, chronic medical condition called POTS.
POTS ( Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) is a form of dysautonomia, which is a dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system. Because the autonomic nervous system controls so much, the symtoms of pots can be very wide-spread.
Through strength, optimism, and support we can get through anything, and we're here to prove it.
Every day of the week, a different girl with POTS posts a new video including tips, support, answering others questions, and a brief summary of their week.

Hi! I was just diagnosed with POTS 2 weeks ago but i have been sick for a year so far! It's pretty rough!! Thank you for making these channels and videos..I dont feel alone :) stay strong everybody :)

Hi guys! First of all, I'd like to say that you guys are amazing and so so helpful. I have a quick question for you. When you get headaches and NOTHING helps them, what do you do? My mom and I have been discussing thoroughly about what to do. Would it be a good idea to go to the ER and get an IV? Do you think that helps? Also, oxygen? I tried that out for a short time but I couldn't take it to school and yadda yadda yadda. Also, do you ever get the sensation that your entire body has frozen up? That seems to happen to me at least once a week. When this happens my whole body is in pain. Thanks for your help!
