About the anaconda choke, If someone puts the anaconda choke and goes into a gator roll, is there anyway to stop a gator roll. or counter it, or just get out of the choke, ive seen escapes when he starts setting it up, but say i already got rolled, Any Ideas?

Thank you so much for making all these videos, they have helped me become a more knowledgeable grappler. I was wondering if you could possibly make a video on breaking wrist control if a stronger person has your hands pinned down while they're in your guard. Thanks
