Hrrmmm...looking at the current TV, I think your only real problem is how narrow the front casters are. I think if you put it them in a more X-shaped pattern to give a wider base, your gyro-dancing issues wouldn't be as serious.

I intend to construct a Middleweight disk spinner. In your professional opinion, are a pair of .5 HP motors driving two wheels each sufficient for any serious speed/maneuverability?
