Every year between the months of September through March, a small town in Japan called Taiji slaughters up to 2,500 small cetaceans.
Since October 2010, I have been flying back and forth between work commitments in Australia and Taiji to document the ongoing slaughter.
The brutality and cruelty involved in slaughtering these highly intelligent, highly evolved and incredibly social mammals is just unimaginable.
