Stimulating Philanthropy to Build a Better Community
Welcome to The Community Foundation in Jacksonville. We are a community of donors and the charitable giving funds they have established to build a better community.

Founded in 1964, we are the oldest community foundation in Florida, serving the citizens of Jacksonville and surrounding Northeast Florida. Today, The Community Foundation is home to over 350 individual funds, holds more than $125 million in assets and has made more than $140 million in grants.

The Community Foundation has decades of experience helping donors plan their philanthropic journeys and build a better community for themselves and those they love.
