Why are they even showing us this episode if the perpetrator has already been acquitted by some bizarro jury? Nothing anyone can do about it now. UM should keep to crimes that really are UNSOLVED. This is like asking people to look for additional perpetrators on the Caylee Anthony case.

This may vary by state, but I know that in Texas, same sex parents can both foster and adopt children. At least for the past fifteen years, possibly longer. Also, children would never be removed from a home (or even investigated) due to parents being the same sex.
