The company that created the link cdi games, Animation Magic in St. Petersburg, is no longer active. It desolved some years ago. While your work will infringe on copyrights currently, that will not be the case in 60 years. When the copyright protection expires. You can become partners then. And it won't be infringing cause all cdi works will fall under public domain. Good luck
