Ok, I am building me a worm compost for the wet stuff but no dairy or meat. Oh and if you or any one knows of any better options for cat poop as I am sure the worms wont eat that. lol!

Hey Dave
Great work. I ve been taking my canvas bags to the shops for over a year now. I have been collecting like you but not everything my wife would go nuts. I did find a solution to using bags for rubbish. I do what Grandma did. I have one bin under the sink for dry rubbish and and small drywall compound bucket with a handle and lid for my cat litter and food scraps. I then empty this into main bins in my condo unit. So no plastic bags used. I do have to wash it but thats a small price to pay. People like you make a difference. keep it going. Power to the people! |
