I'm also looking for a good background (better than the one now)

I use my own sprite tactics. I copy-pastex2 but will never copy-flip. It's stupid and wrong. (It's the only sprite rule I follow)

In battle, I use many tactics that work better than you think. Being Head Team Builder of the Secret Team Tester's Revolution, I know. But I rarely EV and am only EV'ing for PBR's sake. (I struggle with speed and SpA as it is Magikarp/Psyduck)
