Hi chick! About the deathlay - if you feel there is little leg grip, don't do it! When in the deathlay your dominant leg is crossed over the other leg (this is my right as i'm right handed). The leg underneath the foot is pressed onto the ceiling. You need to really squeeze your thighs together in this! Hope this helps x
