My timeline since comming across desteni. I picked out a couple of video's from each years (start 2007 -2012). The changes I see is the issues I struggle(d) with and the way I speak. I have become more confident and stopped many of my anxiety and hesitation (oh yes, and the hair, lol). What I focus on now is raising te issues within our every day lives, on our planet, because of this system we allow to exist.

Face yourself and this reality for what it really is and how it really works. Once your able to do that, your ready for step 2.

Step 2:

Forgive yourself for who you have been and realize you can become your own self-direction. Check yourself with Self Honesty.

Step 3:

Breathe through Past Patterns till they no Longer Exist. Move yourself and dont let yourself be moved into patterns that are abusive towards yourself, others or this world in totality.

Step 4:

FIND PRACTICAL COMMON SENSE WAYS TO CO-EXIST THAT INCLUDE ALL LIFE
