The enumerated intoxicating Liquors right has been established in the 18th and 21st amendments of our Bill of Rights (BoR). Knowing that,
BoR-Nine "The enumeration in the constitution of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
So why is it intoxicating liquors the only legal intoxicant?
The way the language works is, well lets read it the way it is intended to be read.
BoR-9, The enumeration in the constitution of 'intoxicating liquors', shall not be construed to deny or disparage other 'intoxicants', which have been retained by the people.
How about intoxicating pills, smokes, injections, snuff, even non-alcoholic liquids, all are PROTECTED INTOXICANTs for all of the people not just drunks, if the Constitution is to be followed.
No more DEA telling people they are too early to pick up the next refill for their pain medication, after they just drove 20 miles to get there in a borrowed car to be turned away empty handed. What rights do they the government employees, have to do this to American citizens when to intoxicate is a certain right?
From leaked information decade after decade, the DEA and other alphabet-soup federal government agencies ARE THE DRUG SMUGGLERS and DEALERS into and across this nation. And they have the power to deny you your medication with the stroke of a computer keypad or a computer programs formula, even annonymous accusations you are out of bounds with??
All this gov intrusions when you really have the right to what ever intoxicant you want. So they have enumerated one version of an intoxicant alcohol. They can NOT go on disparaging and denying the rest to We The People, IF they are truely following the constitution and that government employees OATH to UPHOLD and DEFEND the same they each voluntarily took, with a hand on their Bible.
My first questioning of the war on drugs led me to think why was the worst drug ever known to man the only legal intoxicant out there? Was it another law respecting an establishment of religion because Jesus is said to have made some intoxicating liquor once in that story of the bible? Another reason to knock down this insane prohibition against the Citizens of this nation and the world. Is it just a 'pay to play' pain control system?

Stop respecting religions with laws and gov favors. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,,, bill of rights first thought of the first amendment.
How much respect would you call it if you have a huge tax bill but your next door neighbor didn't? But since they have claimed some special status because they teach a faith, they get to keep all of their money and you must make up that downfall? While the actual hard working YOU don't get any breaks for working hard and all they do is lie to people? Sickening isn't it.

That darn ole second ammendment thing. Yeah you know the second part of it, that makes the first part not only possible but make sense.

just makes too much common sense.
The first part has a stated goal and tool, militia and security of the state. The second part is how this is to be done. Three commas in that second amendment. Two sections with a goal and method to achieve that goal. Militia, security. Then Peoples right to keep and bear arms, SHALL NOT BE infringed. Shall is not a wishy-washy suggestion, it is a command.
Any law written restricting ownership, is a violation.

If you're like me, you go over to ZippCast. Only ZC's just 3 guys w/ some servers down in Georgia. They crash a lot—and over half their users are middle school kids. But I did set up a ZC channel in my YT name just to have...a channel that doesn't look exactly like the CFR's YT channel.
