Ahh an actual philosipher. I may be working on a philosophy major along side my economics background. However, indeed a rarity to see an actual working philosopher on youtube. Many people with some background, taken classes, and done research, but none that do it for a living. I'm excited to view some of your videos and I'm surprised I haven't stumbled upon this channel earlier, especially being particularly interested in some Atheist channels like DasAmericanAtheist, ProfMTH, and the usual crowd (thunderf00t, Don Exodus, etc) As a philosophy student, I hope to learn some things from your channel as well.

Hello. You made a comment somewhere that was one of the kind that roots itself in your head and has you thinking days after. Hope you don't mind if I take you up on that thought.. It was something about how hijab doesn't seem fair (or something along those lines) because it doesn't make sense that the freedom of women should be limited because of the actions of men(?)
I'm not here to debate that but I'm just thinking stuff out in my head and wanted to see what someone with different views would make of my response.
Dyou think itd be fair to make an analogy to people having to close their doors and lock their homes because of thieves?
I wouldn't actually use the analogy because there's a lot of other reasons for the hijab but IF protective measures were the only reason dyou think it would work?
