But I must say that I disagree with you about "The Last Roundup" episode. Applejack didn't refuse to rturn to Ponyville because of pride, more so I believe that it was embarrassment and the thought of letting people down that stopped her from coming back. Pride would have been more like, "Aw man! I didn't win! Now I can never come back because everypony KNEW that I was going to win and be the best."
I don't know, just a thought.
