Like your passion, but the whole point is to not be in a "movement" after all, Emo is called a movement by Rolling Stone... haha.. but don't let people put you down man, just do what you do.

and as far as real punk or grunge is concerned with the "mainstream" , like the smart ppl on here said, it was never meant to be mainstream and should never be mainstream (punk more than grunge) because as dude said erlier, the tru punk bands were completely against corporate or mainstream anything,thats half the shit they were singin about...christ man, younger ppl r fuhkin retarded

Punk was never supposed to become mainstream, it just did. The old school punks from the 70's were anti corporate mainstream and hated everything about it.
