Hi i'm Janie~
I love makeup and love the art of makeups. I manage a blog and create videos as a hobby. A lot of my friends are top bloggers and youtubers. They inspire me to share my thoughts and view with others.

I'm not a beauty guru, or claim to be one. It's just a hobby. I am more of a learner than a teacher.

I am a big fan of ulzzang and himegyaru fashion. I find Korean skin care products are best suited for me. I love Japanese cosmetics because it's bold.

I test a lot of Korean/Japanese skin care products and cosmetics, and the ones i like are sometimes hard to find. After i review the product people usually ask me where they can find the item, and that is how prettyandcute.com started.

I am a strong believer that everyone has their own definition of what makes them happy and how they feel about themselves. If it makes you happy and it doesn't hurt others, what other's think doesn't matter. Happiness and confidence is felt by you, don't let anyone defined it for you. In the end you are the one who is living your life. Only how you feel and what you see matters.

Self-esteem is easily lost then gained. We often unknowingly force our standards upon others not realizing how hurtful it can be. A simple comment that seems harmless to you can be damaging to others. Be more cautious of what we say, can make the world a happier place. The pleasure of helping others gaining confidence is always better than causing someone to lose it.
